What is the difference between the Candle of the Month and the Mix & Match subscriptions?
Our Candle of the Month subscription delivers a new, seasonal scent each month, so there's always a surprise waiting for you. Choose between classic or grande size.
With our Mix & Match subscription, you can customize your collection with your favorite scents. Select classic or grande size, or both. Plus, choose your preferred delivery frequency: 1, 2, or 3 months.
Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Our Subscription Packages already offer a 15% discount, so additional discount codes are not applicable. You're getting the best possible value with your subscription.
When will my subscription ship?
Your subscription will ship within 2 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If we are closed for an extended holiday weekend or break, your subscription will ship within one week of our re-opening.
Which courier will deliver my order?
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I change my subscription date?
Yes, you can change this in your subscription settings. Log in and click “Manage Subscription.”
If you want your subscription to arrive around a specific date (for a birthday or holiday), please email contact@biacandleco.com so our fulfillment team can meet your request.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Just add the shipping address of your gift recipient at checkout. If you would like your giftee to receive email notifications regarding the subscription, insert their email address at checkout.
How do I purchase a subscription for specific number of months?
Subscribe to one of our auto-renew options and cancel at least one day before your next subscription is scheduled. You can cancel any time by logging in and clicking “Manage Subscriptions”.
Do not change the quantity of the subscription to the amount of months you would like to receive the subscription. If you do so, you will receive that many subscriptions each month.
