Receiving your order
Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Carriers
We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $95. Our main shipping carriers are FedEx and UPS.
Delivery times vary depending on delivery address and the time of day the order is placed. We cannot make changes to shipping address once package has been shipped.
We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays, strikes or lost items. If any should occur, please contact FedEx or UPS directly with your tracking number.

Insurance
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your delivery address. Once items have been delivered to your delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance and we are not responsible for theft or lost items.
