US Returns & Exchange
We want you to love your Bia Candles! We will do what we can to make this happen. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unused within 30 days of purchase.
An unused candle has not been lit and the wick has not burned. Bia Candle Co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned candles are unused.
Simply email contact@biacandleco.com and tell us what you’d like to exchange or return. Include order number and complete customer information. Bia Candle Co will provide a flat rate return shipping label for $5.

Please return candles in their original packaging. Obtain tracking number as proof of postage. Bia Candle Co is not responsible for items sent without tracking or lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival. We will replace candles and accessories purchased on our website if they are damaged in transit within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are paid by Bia Candle Co for damaged items only.
Bia Candle Co is not responsible for candles damaged by weather or left outdoors for extended periods of time. Be mindful that candles melt when exposed to sunlight and heat.
Email contact@biacandleco.com with customer order number and complete information. Please specify damaged item(s) and include photos showing damage.
Bia Candle Co will send you a return label free of charge for damaged items only.
To ensure a positive exchange between business and customer, Bia Candle Co reserves the right to restrict or refuse future transactions on biacandleco.com for individuals identified as having unreasonable return patterns.
